Pumpkin tortelli

Fresh product, pasteurized, packaged in a protective atmosphere

Ingredients: egg pasta, Parmigiano Reggiano, pumpkin, soft wheat flour, fresh eggs, amaretti, nutmeg, butter.

Preparation: bring the water to a boil, add the tortelli and boil for 4 minutes.  Once on the plate, season with butter and Parmigiano Reggiano.

Deadline: 10 days from production, if you need to, you can freeze the product as soon as it is delivered.
