Tortelli with herb 5 servings 50 pz

Fresh product, pasteurized, packaged in a protective atmosphere

Ingredients: egg pasta, Parmigiano Reggiano, soft wheat flour, fresh eggs, mixed ricotta, spinach, salt, nutmeg, bechamel.

Preparation: bring the water to a boil, add the tortelli and boil for 4 minutes.  Once on the plate, season with butter and Parmigiano Reggiano.

As tradition dictates … the herb tortelli “should be drowned in butter and dried in cheese”.

Deadline: 10 days from production, if you need to, you can freeze the product as soon as it is delivered to you.
